Service Cancellation

1.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of services by writing to [email protected]

• Cancellations made before project initiation may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the scope of preliminary work completed.
• If a project is canceled after initiation, charges will apply for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. This includes time invested in research, design, development, consultation, and documentation.

1.2 ZealsTECH-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any service under rare circumstances such as non-payment, breach of contract, misuse of services, or unforeseen internal issues.

In such cases, the client will be notified in writing, and a prorated refund (if applicable) will be issued for any unused portion of prepaid services.
