Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill marketing, tech, and administrative
roles.
Manage the end-to-end hiring and onboarding process, including document verification
and induction programs.
Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
Plan and execute team-building activities, training sessions, and engagement
programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
HR Administration & Compliance:
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll processing.
Handle leave management, appraisals, and performance tracking.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations.
Performance & Payroll Management:
Assist in conducting performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Coordinate with finance for payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in an on-site position.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and payroll systems.

Must be able to help with code building and deployment related processes.
Must be able to write scripts to automate procedures.
Must be able to comfortably work with Routing, Switching, WAF & firewalls like SonicWall
Hands-on experience in setting up and managing Site-to-Site and Dial-up Tunnels.
Able to implement and enforce Policies and procedures.
Must be a good learner and Team player.
Must be able to communicate well and address client related issues.
Able to provide remote support to customers via phone and/or remote sessions.
Must be able to communicate and work with remote teams on different schedules.
Must possess Microsoft certifications
